 About the League
Brazil is well known as a great nation of soccer teams and players by making the game of soccer fun to play, by magic moves and beautiful plays. By this note, Brazilian Academy Indiana LLC is proud to announce The Brazilian Soccer Recreational League opening the doors for all levels of players to provide to your child a safe and positive environment.
Teams will be formed by famous Brazilian Team names such as Santos Fc, Sao Paulo FC, Flamengo FC and hundreds more.
         
The Brazilian Soccer Recreational League will allow your child to experience the opportunity to play for a Brazilian team here in the US, and will be trained by the real Brazilian system for 8 weeks season.
In the last week of the season the teams will play the famous and historical Brazilian Cup Tournament giving to all the kids the opportunity to receive the big end of season award the "Brazilian Cup Trophy".

How old does my child have to be to play Recreational Soccer at The Brazilian Soccer Recreational League?
The BA-IN Recreational League is open for boys and girls:
· 2nd Grade (U8, born between 8/1/01 - 7/31/02)
· 3rd/4th Grade (U10, born between 8/1/99 - 7/31/01)
· 5th/6th Grade (U12, born between 8/1/97 - 7/31/99)
· 7th/8th Grade (U14, born between 8/1/95 - 7/31/97)
How much does it cost?
U8-U14 Deadlines
$45 If registered by March 8th 2010 NOT UPDATED
$55 If registered on March 8th 2010 or after
When practices are?
Practice on Mondays: 6:00pm-7:00pm
How often do we practice?
We will practice every Monday for 8 weeks
April 5, 12, 19, 26 May 3, 10, 17, 24, 2010
When games will be played?
Games will be playing on Wednesdays: 6:00pm-7:00pm leaving the weekends open for other family fun activities
How many games are played?
We will play 6-7 games League Games
April 14, 21, 28 May 5, 12, 19 and 26, 2010 if needed as a make up game
When the Brazilian Cup Tournament will be?
The Brazilian Cup Tournament will be Saturday, May 29th, 2010.
When will I hear from a coach?
Meeting the Coach Day will be March 24th, 2010. The BA-IN Staff will contact you before March 24th informing you about your child team and coach name.
What equipment do my child need to play?
Players will need to wear shin guards, soccer shoes are suggest but no required. Age apropriate soccer ball size 3, 2nd Grade, ball size 4, 3rd/4th Grade and 5th/6th Grade division, size 5, 7th/8th Grade and wather bottle. Players are NOT permitted to wear jewelry durring practice or games.
Brazilian Academy-IN will provide all practice and games uniform!
Brazilian Soccer Recreational League Laws
Brazilian Soccer Recreational League divides players into divisions based on their grade in school so that our recreational players play with their classmates. We play small-sided games in alignment with Indiana Youth Soccer and US Youth Soccer guidelines.
